Welcome to the website of Adonis Decoration’s LLC. By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Adonis Decoration’s LLC provides event decoration and event planning services, including decorative design, installation, and removal of décor items for events.

 

Service availability depends on event date, location, and scheduling availability.

2. Booking and Deposits

To reserve an event date, a 50% deposit of the total agreed service price is required.
Once the contract is signed and the deposit is received, the event date will be secured in our schedule.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms agreed upon between the client and the company.

3. Clients responsabilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Coordinating with the event venue (hall, hotel, restaurant, home, etc.)

  • Ensuring proper access for setup and installation

  • Making sure required items such as tables, chairs, stages, or dance floors are available if they are not provided by Adonis Decoration’s LLC

  • Informing the company of any changes to guest count or event requirements

  • After booking an event or submitting an event request, clients must confirm the continuation of the event within a maximum period of 15 days from the initial reservation or agreement.

  • If confirmation is not received within this period, Adonis Decoration’s LLC reserves the right to release the reserved date and availability for other clients.


Additional items or last-minute changes may result in additional charges.

4. Setup and Breakdown

Depending on the event, access to the venue may be required up to 4 hours before the event or the day before for decoration setup.

A minimum of 2 hours after the event may also be required to remove company property.

Adonis Decoration’s LLC is not responsible for venue cleaning after the event.

5. Damage or Loss of Property

The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction of decorative items provided by Adonis Decoration’s LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Centerpieces

  • Chairs and tables

  • Tablecloths

  • Decorative fabrics

  • Decorative pillars and other equipment


Damaged or lost items will be charged at the original replacement cost.

If payment is not received within 7 days after the event, a 5% interest charge may apply.

6. Photography and Marketing

Adonis Decoration’s LLC may take photos or videos of the event decorations for use in:

  • Our website

  • Social media platforms

  • Promotional or marketing materials

7. Cancellations

Clients have 24 hours after signing the contract to cancel the event.

  • If cancellation occurs within this period, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

  • After 24 hours, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable.


Event date changes may be accommodated depending on availability.

All cancellations or modifications must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Adonis Decoration’s LLC is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by venue restrictions, third-party vendors, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
